PLEASE NOTE: Most orders received by 2:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders containing trees are usually held until the following Monday if shipping will entail a weekend layover. No orders can be shipped on Saturday, Sunday, UPS Holidays (for UPS orders) and Post Office Holidays (for U.S. Postal Service Orders.)
If your order MUST arrive on a certain day, make sure to note it in the "Message/Comments" box toward the bottom of the order form, and include a day & evening phone number. If your order cannot be shipped to arrive when needed, we will contact you with available options.

We see visitors by appointment only. Every
item that you see on the site is available for pick-up (with the exception
of Juliana Greenhouses and accessories.) To make an appointment
and get directions, call 917-325-3954, or e-mail us your phone number
and we'll call you back.
I am frequently in and out during the day. To avoid a wasted
trip, do not come without an appointment.
ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.-PLEASE NOTE: Because of the large variation in shipping options and charges for orders outside the U.S.A., please E-mail your address, order (DO NOT E-MAIL A CREDIT CARD NUMBER), and desired method of shipping before processing it on-line. We will calculate the charges and E-mail them back to you. If the cost of shipping is acceptable, you may then process the order. The shipping charges on the order form will usually be a different amount. We will either reduce your charge to the amount we sent you, or bill the difference to the credit card that was used for the order.
Due to agricultural restrictions, we do not ship bonsai or nursery stock outside the U.S.A.
Security
As with most web-sites, until you begin to input information, you are in a non-secure environment. As soon as you begin to process your order on our site, you will have entered an area where you are protected by 128 bit encryption, the highest level of security available anywhere. You can shop with the knowledge that this is the same type of security used by banks, brokerage houses etc.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase, you can return the
unused item(s) within 30 days for a 100%, no questions asked refund or exchange of the merchandise returned.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Where a bonsai tree
or nursery stock is involved, we will hold the item for 30 days. If it remains in good condition,
a refund or credit will be issued.

We do not, under any circumstances, share, trade or sell our customer's names or any other information about them to anyone.
